Only place I board my dog that I have to spend 20 minutes waiting to sign paperwork. Other locations keep it on file and it is not necessary for every visit.

Not happy about having to give our 9 yr old cats rabies shots when they don t need them, have never had them and NEVER go outdoors just so they can get service. It may be the policy now but it just feels like a way to get more money out of long standing customers.

Very short waiting times. The staff understands my concerns having an anxious dog and are extremely caring and accommodating. I especially like Dr. Rossi and every single tech and office staff I have dealt with. Claudia and Rick Burris told us about HPH.

My dog was taken care of but the cost was a lot. I went in to see why he was limping and it cost me 476.00. The X-ray and extra cost which I did not understand that said X-ray something was 300.00.
