Jessie was adopted from iCare Rescue, and we were really pleased with the staff and care Jessie has always received. We live in Costa Mesa and don t mind the drive. It s totally worth it!

My pets came in at 10 am for grooming only. I called them up at 3 08 pm they said yes they are ready. When we picked them up Max was still very wet on his belly and they did not put the flea treatment on. Why bring them at 10 am and they are not ready at 3 30 pm per say. I used to be able to call a week a head for grooming and now its two weeks.

Staff forgot to do the sanitrim on Paco. In the past they always trim his hair in the butt. It looked really bad so I trim it myself it looks worst now lol

Abel did the dental on my Chihuahua and Dr. K. did the mass removal. My dog had a quick recovery and I felt very comfortable leaving her in their care. The surgery site looks good and her mouth is clean and she looks happy. That is very important to me. She is a very nervous dog and scares easily. I liked having the chance to talk to Abel and Dr. K. about my concerns before dropping her off. I felt they treated her like one of their own dogs. Thank you!

Dr Rossi is the only vet i have ever had that gets on the floor and loves on my pets. She makes them feel like they are her favorite dogs in the world. She is thorough and wonderful and i feel confident that they are getting the best care possible.

I am not happy with new mandatory agreement for application of flea products if adult flea is found on dog during grooming. Not providing a courtesy call and/or the opportunity to decline the medication, or even choose which med would be used is not acceptable.

I was not happy with how long it took for my pets grooming to be done. I left her at 12:30, and she was not ready until close to 645. I was told when I arrived to get her that groomings were “overbooked“, but it seems to me someone could at least have called me and let me know. I arrived at 6 to pick my dog up and waited another 45 minutes.

As always I received excellent care. I have had a difficult time getting the results from the blood work however. I got a call/message that the blood work for my dog was back and the doctor wanted to go over the results with me. I have called 2 times and been informed that the doctor was with a patient and would call me back, but they never did. I am still waiting to hear.......
