I have a suggestion. Don’t change one thing. It was almost an hour and a half drive for my Dixie to have a surgery that our vet doesn’t do. Our vet is minutes from home but the superior care in all areas we received from your office is worth the long drive. Dixie now has a new vet??

My appointment was shuffled around due to other calls and traffic on 26. The staff and doctor did not rush through my visit. They all took time to explain what was going on, showing me X-rays and suggesting plan of treatment! I was very satisfied with my visit!

Everyone was very good to us & our kids.

Doctor Beverly is the best vet we have ever used. The doctors on staff have always been good to us as well. The office staff are awesome and really care. Different staff have laughed with me at times and held my hand when I cried. Doctor Beverly goes all out to get you the answers you need for your animals.

Very pleased with the atmosphere and how well my dog was treated. The treatment to alleviate his discomfort was explained in detail. All staff members were kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this practice.

Ares left ear does not stand straight after months and months of wrapping. Dr. Martin wrapped it (exactly as I have been doing). I felt $52 was a bit pricey.

Alicia was wonderful as usual Molly was there just for a heartworm test and meds Alicia was so kind to Molly and knowledgeable regarding the testing process I will be glad when we can actually come in the building with our pets but do understand the reasons for the new process

Did not go inside. Covid rules mean we wait in the car and staff comes to get them. Sometimes hard not to talk directly to the vet.

My cat was given excellent and thorough care

long wait time

Beverly & her assistant were absolutely the best!!!!!!! I wouldn’t want my dog to see anyone else. ??.

We had to wait about 30 minutes past our appointment time until our first dog was taken in, which is not good to begin with, but on a hot day having to wait in the car with 2 dogs in the bed of the truck and 2 kids in the cab made it even worse
