Everyone is friendly, but it would be nice if staff introduced themselves when they first speak to you. Maybe name tags? I have probably met some of the staff on previous visits, however my memory is not what it used to be.

Beverly and the staff is Absolutely the Best... Beverly has helped save our calf -Lucky’s life.. and has helped with the other cows.. Most recent - she has helped our Snowflake ( Bella ) our poodle given us hope that she will be feeling better soon... Our Family Absolutely Trust Beverly and will continue with this office!!

I really like the way your office has handled appointments during Covid. It probably requires more staff but it s much more comfortable to wait in the car with my dog than in the waiting room. It s less personal but for routine visits I think it s great.
