The Dr we saw was WONDERFUL. The care and service I received at your clinic was the best care I have received in all my years. But sadly, I just can’t afford you.

The care my dog gets is great. The billing, not so much. The computers should automatically tell the ladies that you have the rewards because sometimes we aren t sure what all it covers and I paid for an appointment that I had already paid for with the rewards and was almost charged for a nail clip I already paid for. I was willing to pay up front over 100 dollars, the least you could do is keep track of what I have covered and offer me to use my rewards before I pay.

Staff is super friendly and fast. Clean facility and knowledgeable vets. Everyone seems very caring and wants to help your pet. The vet returns phone calls and even called to check on my baby.

Would be nice if you had a senior citizen discount. I m 74, and pet care it s getting more expensive every year. I have 2 dogs and 1cat that will now be in your care. Everyone is very friendly and helpful at Family Vet.

Please find another emergency vet. when closed for the holiday. The Greensboro vet office was absolutely useless. They would not even tell me what signs to look for when my Toby ate a small pork rib with a bone in it. I had to find another emergency vet. that calmed my fears and told me the signs to look for in my dog.

Danville family Vet are just that, they treat you like family. I love how they treat my fur babies like there own. And take great care of my fur baby. They really do great work and shows complete compassion for my lil guy. Thank you so much.

We were very satisfied with the service we received. We brought our cat in on Friday. We were hopeful for our cat to return to good health. However tests done indicated that we would have to put our pet down. Then I received several emails from you with no awareness of this fact, like happy birthday Penny. I understand why this could happen but maybe an improvement could be made for the future.
