I came a half hour early because my cat is a new patient and they called me in right away, filled out paperwork and within 5 minutes of that, the doctor came in and examined Otis. Everyone was so pleasant!

I did my research and found this amazing veterinary. I was extremely impressed with the care my puppy received. All the staff were wonderful. All my questions were answered and I have to say they were very informative. The facility was welcoming and clean. This will be my puppies vet and boarding when needed.

This is the only place i could take my girl that i trust.

4 stars because I thought it odd someone came and prescreened me in the waiting room in front of other customers. I wasn’t comfortable answering questions in front of strangers. Dr smith, Emma, and the staff were awesome. Went above and beyond to listen to my concerns, did not rush me, gave me time to ask questions and made sure I completely understood my dog’s condition.

We don t want to be a patient of Dr.Smith if we will have the same vet tech. He was rude and we didn t feel comfortable with him. Our other dog Disel has the same problem with this tech and it s on his records not to have him. I would like the same for Dixie Brooks

I was so glad to finally get a possible diagnosis that doesn t involve me trying to give her eye drops. I hope that the Dr. is right about her food allergy. We ll see by the follow-up in a week.

The only drawback is that I thought the nail trim was a bit pricey. Otherwise a great visit. Super nice staff and doctor. Will be a frequent customer.

I can’t thank you enough for taking care of my sweet girl Angel.While she was boarding with you I was kept updated on how she was doing 3 times a day which I gratefully appreciated.Then this Tuesday she was so sick when we came in and again you put us at ease.She was seen Almost as soon as we came in diagnosed, treated and prescribed her cough medicine.She was feeling much better in 12 hrs.Your staff is friendly knowledgeable and caring.That means a lot to this Boxer mom.Thanks again for taking good care of Angel. I have lived in Danville for almost 2 years and I have taken my Yorkies to no less than 6 other groomers in the area. I have been very disappointed…until now! Love these ladies! They do a great job, very happy!
