I was so thankful to have Dr.Smith spend so much time with my dog trying to diagnose the possible causes for her perpetual skin issues. The current protocol seems to be working, and I am confident that she will finally get some relief from her incessant scratching, licking, and chewing. This is the first time in the six years we have had her that the veterinarian is finally addressing the cause(s) for her symptoms rather than just treating them.

Had an appointment at 9:10 am Wednesday and was told that I would get the results of the lab work the following day. No one called so I had to call back on Friday morning and then got the results and a prescription called in.

We have been with Family Vet for 6 years and they are the best in town - from the front desk personnel, vet assistants and doctors, Dr.Jeff and Dr.Katie - they are wonderful! scheduling appointments is easy, they are so awesome - they even send out the papers needed to get a rebate when purchasing certain meds from them! Keep up the good work!

Overall satisfied with service but was not pleased about the cost of $16.50 for a routine nail trim that my previous vet provided at no charge. After spending $160 for shots at first examination plus dog was a rescue from Humane Society. That s ridiculous.
