Very upset by feeling of a la carte charging and the fact that I found knots behind ears when I first got them home. Ended up with over $180 charge and they came to you for a bath. Wow!

No one was there to greet me when I arrived. At checkout no one was there to help me or at least advise me that they would help me soon. I just stood around both times. Otherwise the visit was great.

The best bet in town??

Karen is wonderful! She was so pleasant and helpful. The grooming staff did a wonderful job also. It would be nice to have a spot to back up to or have a ramp for older big dogs who cannot get up and down as easily.
