Excellent care for my dog as always.

We are very pleased with the service we received by Danville Family Vet. Everyone is nice friendly and caring. Dr. Smith is great. Emma was very kind to Lulu. Tim is always friendly & helpful & works to accommodate our appointment needs.

I understand concerns that your facility might have unpleasant pet odors but the candle you had burning was way too strong. I almost had to leave.

I do not agree with your practice of the pricing packages you have and the way and time you offer them . I called and got a price for a procedure and when I’m taking my pet(child) back in a room I assume to meet doctor I’m offered 3 different price packages. I want the the best care for my pet( child) there is for whatever procedure that is having to be done I don’t want to hear about a basic , middle and ultimate package. My pet ( child) is not a car there to get a wash and wax ,she was there to have surgery. I want the best each and every time, I understand not everyone can afford the same amount but u need a different way of explaining cost for your services!!!

I wouldn’t trust anyone else to take care of Sadie y’all truly are amazing and she feels safe around y’all

My dog was hit by a car. I called and said I was on the way to the clinic with him. When we arrived they had his chart in a room and was waiting on him. We were treated very well and Bruno is making a great recovery.

I love thus clinic! Not only were they able to get my Spencer in last minute but they also accommodated my extra need by being a new pet owner. They answered all of my questions ahead of time and even made me feel comfortable not being able to pick her up myself but to send someone else to get her. They came back well informed as well ??. Thank you so much you guys. My Spencer will only know you!
