I always tell my friends about your practice, but I warn them that your prices are through the roof! People literally laugh when I tell them a nail trim is $36. I was shocked that I was charged $46.50 for emergency service , even though I came in during regular business hours and called for an appointment. Your staff is always great! Dr. Rohrig (& Dr. Smith) always show great care and concern.

It was a little difficult to checkout as there were a few large dogs in the lobby and I was trying to minimize Annie s stress by keeping back from them. But then more people with dogs came in, not realizing that I was waiting to checkout and I didn t know what to do. Perhaps you can implement a take a number system or something? Just a thought. It was a very minor issue, but I thought you should know.
