I appreciated the Dr and technician going slow with Rue and using her food motivation to make her visit more comfortable and positive. I also appreciate that the exam fee was waived due to us being there 2 days prior and just coming in for a vaccine booster.

You have served our family pets for 18 years so that is a testament to the care you provide; however your prices have gone up so much that we may have to find a new practice.

I love you guys, but you re starting to out price yourself to me. 2950 for nail trim is outrageous. I love Dr Smith. He is so easy to talk to and helpful with whatever problem I have.

The nurse/technician was so sweet and patient with our cat, and the Dr was amazing! My cat is usually afraid of people she doesn’t know, but she was so comfortable around these two lovely ladies that she didn’t want to leave :)
