Although I think Bailey was otherwise treated well, staff failed to give her all 7 days of prescribed medication. Unacceptable.

I understand that you re in business to make money as much as to take care of people s pets. I also understand the $40 charge for an emergency appointment, however I would think that if it s during your normal business hours, you could wave that fee once the charges reach a certain level.

The folks at the Family Vet always treat Maggie like she is one of their own family. We couldn’t be any happier with their care of our dog!

I love all of the staff and so do my dogs!!! Not only is everyone very professional, but they are also pleasant and outgoing. The office is also very comfortable.

Dr and technician were very gentle and kind when examining my cat, which meant a lot to me because he is very old and somewhat fragile.

I have had dogs all my life and have never been to a vets office where I felt like everyone truly cared about your animal. Everyone is very friendly and seems to really like being there. Thanks for being there to take care of my babies since I’ve moved to the Danville area.

I love my dog receiving grooming at Family Vet, however its becoming difficult to pay for grooming as it cost 65.00 for my 11 pound 14 year old Shih_Poo .

The wait was a bit long but well worth it for the detailed level of care and help the vet showed to our pets.

We are thrilled to have access to the care provided at Danville Family Vet. Dr. Rohrig is a very caring person and has taken wonderful care of our Alex. She gave him a second chance and we will never forget that.

There were notes in CoCo s file to not give him the Lime disease shot at the same time as his other shots for his yearly check-up. It makes him very lethargic for a couple of days & he also shakes like he has chills. I had to hold him and wrap him in a blanket, to try and ease his shaking. So I feel like he felt like crap for 2 days when he did not have to. BUT, I also forgot that he should not get all of his shots at one time as well. Hopefully this is something you all can put in his chart so this will not happen again. The assistant & vet were very pleasant though. And listened and answered all my concerns & questions.

I love the vets and techs. All of them kind and very discerning. I only have 2 concerns. The first is that when we go in, they are always trying to give us services we have already received. Kind of like nobody ever read the chart. Or the chart is not organized correctly. Also, I feel like there is sometimes pressure to sell services that may not really be necessary. That being said, pricing is good and emergency services are available and affordable.
