There was a few minutes wait to pick up my cat, my it wasn t too. long. Pleasantly surprised.

Even though I had an appointment I had to wait a long time and when I called I was told I would have one of the employees to come outside and check me in by no one came out and the staff started to leave for the day and customers as well that s when I walked in and I asked what s going on I been waiting for a while and no one came out to check me in then they said your next I thought they should of been more professional about it

I appreciate the care my pets have received, but the wait time is typically very long. I understand getting backed up every now and then, but on all my visits I typically have to wait a minimum of an hour past my appointment time. This can be difficult to do with my pets, especially in warmer weather as we wait outside due to a full waiting room.

I wanted to say thank you for giving service with a smile on a very stressful time for me. Even though you guys where busy you didn t make me feel like a bother and for that I am greatful.

The vet was amazing the vet assistant kinda rushed it I did pay a good amount and the lady with the glasses and dark hair in the front was amazing she was super sweet and kind and answered all my questions

There are no suggestions I can think of. Advanced Pet Care is a sensitive and well organized veterinary office. I wish I lived closer to allow me to bring my beloved little friends to Advanced Pet Care, however as I live slightly over 6 miles away and there are two veterinary clinics closer to where I live, it is difficult for me (especially in hot weather) to bring my pets. Everyone is super friendly. I dont like the extra step of denying or accepting services. If the vet comes in and you tell him what you want, whey then does the tech come in with a list of other procedures you then have to review and deny or accept.
