While we were there for two hours, I felt confident that my pet received the time and attention necessary to properly diagnose his medical issues.

I had pulled a dog out of SBC and needed him to be vetted right a way. The first available appointment for neutering was a ways off so I did a drop in and left the dog to be boarded at the vet s office until they could slot him in. He was neutered and all vetting done 2 days later. I had requested several procedures/tests to be done on the dog and everything I asked for was done. The staff answering the phones and the vet techs I spoke with were very pleasant and helpful. I was very happy with the service I received.

The QR code to check-in just looped to the phone number. I know the office staff had to restart their computers. Once I got home the check-in form was loaded on my phone.

My kitty had severe ear infection in which I think he is deaf. You’d think after spending close to $500 they would check his ears? Total fail!!

On Monday, 7 June, I behaved in an awful manner to the staff. I truly feel very much ashamed of how I yelled at the young lady behind the desk and one of the technicians. My behavior was uncalled for and please accept my apology. I was able to bring the dog home I had adopted and she is doing well.

We came in for our Autumn s Bordatella vaccination and she got it very quickly.They gave her a quick checkup to see how she s doing.Found out she had a minor yeast infection in her ears and was taken care of very well.We love you guys.And Autumn says thanks.

I didn t go in the office. They came out to my car to get my fur baby. Everything was great. They even called within the week to check on my fur baby s health.
