I was on a tight budget and they really helped me out to make the best accomodations for my pet. Looking back I felt hysterical because I didn t have the money to help my dog and they helped me to make sure that I was able to get the best treatment for her on a tight budget.

Waiting too long and stuffs( the front desk ) doesn’t care what client need!. I won’t go back to use the services anymore.

There was a stitch left in my dogs neuter site and one left in his eye. He returned on January 18 for the stitches to be removed and had an additional paid follow-up for his eye on January 28th, I don t understand how these could have been missed, no wonder he keeps licking and scratching, the stitches have been in since January 4. It s a long drive and I don t appreciate having to go back yet again.

I am very grateful with your awesome staff. Katie understood my emergency and immediately squeezed me in her packed office. She is super efficient and deeply understanding. Andy was great, he was calm, helpful and very professional, he explained my dog s condition clearly and expertly. Kiara went above and beyond by staying after hours to help me with my pet.
