The staff was so friendly and caring that it felt good.

We are thrilled with your excellent staff. Our carrier was half open and the young lady in charge of our 2 kittens intake discovered the issue immediately and solved the problem.In addition,she wad thorough with all needed explanations at our car door under a 200 degree sun Saturday and at the 1:30 pm heat. I do not have any suggestions. Your office is excellent. When I adopted my dog from the City of San Bernardino Animal Shelter, they asked me if I wanted to bring my dog to either the Humane Society or your clinic. I selected your clinic as I have friends who had not had good experiences the Humane Society which is sad.

This is the best vet to go to. The people r very helpful and really care about your pet. They do there best to help you and ur pet. Highly recommended

I liked the tech who took my dog in for treatment. He explained things to me in great detail and was friendly and knowledgeable.

It would be helpful if you let people know about the curbside policy when making the appointments so they have a “heads up “ about staying in the car. My dog is feeling much better than she has in a long long time. Thank you so much.

He helped me come up with a daily cleaning and management plan for my kitten with Panleukopenia and to do our best to keep the exposure to my elderly kitty and other kitten to a minimum. My new puppy was sick. I called thirteen places to get her in. Everyone told me she should be seen right away. But they did not have time in their schedule to see her. My friend told me about your place it was the furthest away from me. I called any way I was seen right away. I had great care. Staff was excellent. It will be worth the drive in the future. I scheduled an appointment online, then I received a call saying the appointment didn t go through but that it could be scheduled. It was confusing since I received an appointment confirmation via email. I had the lady re-schedule the appointment (so I thought) just to be told that I didn t have an appointment when I arrived. Everything else from customer service to wait time was great!

It took me a long time for a fecalysis for the whole test and result and advise

I have been coming to this facility for over 16 years. 15 years with my previous pup Moco and now with Sophie. I very much recommend this vet facility to anyone. All staff has been so loving to my pups and staff has been great to me as a dog mom. Thank you APC!!!

We came from Northern California to pick up a shelter rescue dog. Advanced Pet Care did an excellent job expediting our dog’s sugery so we could get back on the road and get him back home. Excellent and friendly staff here, thank you!
