Medicine prices steep

My dog seemed upset after and they didn’t provide the services I paid for. They charged me wrong and I won’t be returning to this vet

My experience was AMAZING at this clinic. Dr. Stilles was very passionate and caring. She explained my dogs condition and madr me feel like she was there to help! She also reassured that my pet was in great hands and updated us on our dogs blood panel prior to surgery. Our follow up appointment 2 days later my mother had taken my dog and she was just so beside herself with the service she received in just being there for 15minutes! The front desk staff Catie, Vet tech adam and a very young gal with short black hair who took vitals and my dogs temp were very friendly and just wonderful!!!!! I will definitely be coming back. Please keep helping other fur parents and their fur babies. Thank you for all you ve done. The Goveas

I adopted a pet from the shelter and it was brought here for treatment. They had called and asked if it was okay to add a bath before surgery and I said yes. I thought this is was great adding a service like this. I was VERY impressed. I went to go pick up my pet they said everything was came out well. The staff was very friendly. Although, you could tell which employees were new and it did look like the older employes were doing much training. Back to my point. I paid so that my pet may have a bath. The day after I pick him up I was inspecting him and he had TONS of fleas and ticks. I found at least 30 ticks on my poor pet. I was offered flea and tick control that I declined because I already had some at home. I am just truely disappointed that no one thought to notify me that my pet was covered in fleas and ticks. A heads up would have been nice. Offering to remove the ticks (even if at an additional price) would have been even better.

The front desk staff member seemed more interested in her cell phone conversation than greeting me. I may have stood at the front desk for about 1 or 2 minutes before she actually acknowledged me but still didnt assist me. She said, I ll be right with you while still engaging in her cell phone conversation. Everything else was wonderful. The vet and tech were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Bree is the best vet tech ever. Loved how she treated ProZac like her own kitty and how she explained all the procedures that he needed.

I really appreciate that you took care of Squirt on such short notice. This truly helped me out when I really needed it. Squirt is doing very well and is back to her normal wild self. Thanks again!

I was given a completely different price when I adopted my pet from the animal shelter and it was twice what I was told. I was unhappy about the wait time to receive my Kitten. I was there for more then an hour and a half just waiting. Very unhappy with the service. I wish the animal shelter of San Bernardino would choose another vet. This also happened when I had to pick up my other two dogs for surgery. Not my vet of choice at all.

Instead of multiple calls requesting authorization for services, how about an email or message sent with a comprehensive list. My dog missed sn opportunity to have another procedure that could have happened the same time as spay simply because I didn’t call back fast enough.

They were so attentive our pets needs. Thank you

Our dog was sent there after being adopted from the shelter. They brought her out and as we were walking out of the door we notice these huge ticks on her paws. She was infested with them in all of her paws and ears. We know this is common with strays but no one even told us and we were just going to take her home and have her in the house . I have a 2 year old and this could be potentially very dangerous for her or us. We were very disappointed that no one told us she was literally infested with ticks and we had the potential to hurt ourselves had we had her in our home. We were waiting outside of the facility to figure out how to transport her and one of the vets, Crystal I believe, was walking to her car to go home and stopped and helped us. She stayed there for an extra half hour and removed a bunch of rather large ticks from our dog. We are super thankful for her.

I paid by check, they used the check verification machine. The clerk had to call the main office because there was an error processing the check. I was in the front office and a lot of my personal information like my full name, check number, home address, phone number and drivers license number was verbalized and over heard by other customers. I felt like anyone could have taken down the information and could possibly use it for identity theft. I felt very uncomfortable. I suggest to try to minimize that from happening again and maybe use another room to make the call.
