I think our senior dog s hips got worse after her bath perhaps from standing for long hours during the bath. we weren t notified. Our dog has a limp when she walks now. But she s clean. The staff are nice. The waiting room could be enlarged a lot. Thanks.

I had to call the front desk a few times (I live in a different county and was having to make a 2.5 hour drive to get into town as my animal was from the shelter), and they seemed impolite two of the three times I had to call. Even when I got to the front lobby to sign in, the lady at the front closest to the door was unfriendly and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by being there, and even as I sat down, I witnessed them being impolite to other customers coming and going as I waited- I did not feel welcome. The actual staff who work with the animals however, were really great. The girl who talked with me in the exam room was positive, sweet, and more than happy to discuss any questions I had. She genuinely seemed like she cared about my satisfaction and the health about my animal, and even though I had to choice in which vet I took her to and she didn’t necessarily need to try to keep my business, she showed a great amount of interest in my concerns and was very excited for me to take my rescue animal home. I am so grateful for the positive experience I had with the girl in the exam room; it was a night-and-day difference between her and the front desk employees.

I was referred by the Humane Society because they had met their capacity for Sat walk ins. Great that I was able to get my pet in for his vaccinations on the only day I have off.

Great service!! You can tell the people there love working with the pets we bring in. I’m comfortable to bring my pet here.

One of the receptionists was a little rude. Everyone else was very friendly and very helpful. M

In my recent visit to the vet when paying the cashier did not have the correct change this is not the first time that this is happened the front desk staff was rude I was charged for a new pet fee but when calling and adding in my new pet nobody had informed me of it. when my animal is done getting a physical I forgot to ask if she was already spayed when I called the vet back they said that they didn’t know to check for that with assuming that my animal is getting a full physical they would have checked for that.

I am beyond happy with the care my pets have received. The staff is amazing, caring and paitent. I recommend this facilty to anyone that needs pet care.

We were very happy with everything and the price. Thankfully our little fur baby is doing great and his teeth are pearly white.

Front desk staff was extremely unprofessional. One girl was using profanity, saying the F word, with myself and other customers in the waiting area. She was speaking to another employee and they were messing with each other. She was complaining how the other girl saw her phone in the restroom, but did not say anything to her.

Lady with the blonde hair at the front was pretty rude both times I’ve been here and didn’t even acknowledge me until I said something. Facilities were a little dirty and dingey.

Most people including myself because i am elderly some of us depend on our animals as they do us. The cost at these facilities are so high its kind of unreal,i already am 65 an my rent is through the roof on my retirement, of course i love my pet an have every intention if keeping her. However there are some vet services like that of Arrowhead on Highland that have a mill , an they actually took the life of one of my beloved pets,as humans without the knowledge we stand no chance as elderly

Everyone was very kind and compassionate with our dog. I called about five vets in the area and Advance Pet care that made room for our dog. Thank you!!

We had to use your facility because we adopted our dog from the animal shelter. We didn t like the up sell attempts on your services on the phone and while we were there. We paid $45.00 for a bath only to find 3 ticks on our dog once we got her home. I guess tick removal is extra?

My puppy went returned worst than when i took her in i has to take her to an emergency room.
