I am very happy knowing Advanced Pet care is my Sasha s vet.

I liked the fact that the Dr was not a “test or medicine “ pusher. He explained what was going on with my girl and gave suggestions on some areas and told me what she needed in other areas.

My dog has kennel cough now. I am so upset because he seems to be having a hard time about with it.

Friendly environment made me feel welcomed. I was treated with respect and I felt comfortable having my pet treated at your facility

I always bring my pets here because everyone here is super friendly and helpful and considerate. It does take a while to get an appointment but they’re worth it for the care they provide. Although, I do not like that they’re closed on Sundays

I did not like being separated from my pets when exams were performed.I had to have one of my cat6s put to sleep after being hit by a car and I was not offered the opportunity to be there when it was done. I have regretted not having being there with him ever since.

As a first time Client I was very impressed, the Staff were great, and especially the Manager Kimberly, who was very professional, very thorough, and took the time to explain everything, in a way that made it easy to understand. They should all be considered a Compliment to Management. I only wish you had an office near me in Ontario or Upland.

I was honestly scared to take bring my dog here for a spay because of the reviews but I had no choice because the shelter automatically paid for it. I honestly had a great experience. Everyone was extremely friendly, the office was clean, and they took excellent care of my girl. There were no hidden fees like some reviews stated. The lady who called me went over everything and asked me if I wanted the different services and then she gave me my total at the end. When I picked up my dog the lady explained the medication to me and the post op care. They even followed up with me a couple of days after to make sure everything was going well. I would definitely recommend this place

This is a nice place to take your pet,and i would recommend this place to anyone who has a sick pet.

It bothered me that no one asked me my cat s name at any point. Its not on anything so its not like they have his name either. I was just surprised it wasnt even asked for on the paperwork. I also feel as though some of the services that you charge extra for should probably just be provided. Like, a plastic cone? If you really need to charge $15 to profit off that, you re spending too much on them as it is- and you should just offer things like that free of charge. I did enjoy being offered other services though, even if I didn t take them. It was nice to know that I could get some preoperative blood work done for example, but I didn t feel pressured to do it. The staff was super nice and helpful and really did their best to answer the questions that I had about everything they offered to me.

Everyone I delt with personally was great! But there are 2 of the front desk girls who really need training in customer service. They way they talked to eachother and some people on the phone was not very professional and should not have happened in front of clients. The doctor and vet techs were amazing tho!

I ll be back. Best vet services in San Bernardino.
