I was scheduled to take my pet for a second dose vaccination and when I attended the appointment, I was told that both of my pets were up to date on vaccinations, I am not sure if they are or not, I did not request the appointment I was told that a second dose was needed for Sol

I was not informed that vaccines were a series. So I had to start all over even though I’d been to the office 3 times in the last few months. I expect the techs to be more attentive to that so that I don’t wast time and money.

All staff have always been courteous, helpful, considerate and friendly.

It took nearly an hour from our appointment time to have our cat get her 2nd follow-up vaccination. We didn t even have to see the vet. No explanation was provided regarding the delay while we waited in the lobby.
