It would be helpful to receive a copy of the doctor s summary by email, if possible. I would like to know which 8 teeth were extracted. Doctor Rogers did review this info with me by phone in terms of arcades, but since I will be brushing and caring for Cleo s oral needs - the more info the better. Thank you, Joe

Your office is always amazing and that’s why I drive in from the far side of Medford to see you all. I would mention that your online appt making portal is not working. Your website promotes using it to make an appt but the calendar doesn’t load. I tried mobile and online site through my laptop and it never goes to next screen.

Except for waiting for a year to get into you office which is understandable for a small community like J-Ville, everything was just fine. And it was good that Bob at this appointment was just a get acquainted office visit. He s not real happy to see a doctor. Thank you.

Absolutely wonderful experience. We are full time RVers and needed to see someone for updated vaccinations and prescriptions. We were made to feel very comfortable from the time we walked in. Dr. had all the time to answer our questions. This will be our go to vet for when we are in Medford.
