I have appreciated your continued availability despite the annoyance of the business lockdowns over these many months. Your staff is always friendly and professional. I know my dog is not compliant with any procedure where she is expected to be held in a restrained manner, but I have always trusted that she will be managed in the gentlest manner possible while being treated in your office. I have appreciated your patience with Schatzi over the years. She has more personality and drive than any other dog I have had, and while this makes for entertainment around the house, I know it is a challenge at the clinic. I wouldn t trust her care anywhere else and continue to recommend your office to anyone who asks where they might take their beloved pet. Thanks Dr. Rogers!

All the staff were very nice. Being a new patient I would have appreciated patience by the person interviewing me about my dog. After I shared a few things, she jumped in and wanted to close the conversation and move on with what the process was. I spoke up and shared more of my concerns and the same thing happened again. She wasn t rude, I just felt she wanted to get through her process. I would have appreciated her giving me the time I needed to express my concerns about my new Foster dog and wait until I was finished, before she moved on with what the process would be in my dogs being seen.

Very glad our cat did not need the dental cleaning and extractions we thought she might need. I just wish vaccinated clients could come into the office now. I’d be happy to show my proof of vaccination card.

Thank you! I am so grateful you all were so willing to help my cat, Prince Jess, with his claws hurting his paw pads. By 7 p.m. that same day, he was a comfy camper, and he’s back to enjoying “roaming” inside the house.

Put on waiting list. Received a cancellation one week before appointment. Excellent staff interaction.

Not sure how to mark these stars. Top rating on all areas. I love the tech that comes to get Scarlett and trims her nails. Scarlett loved her.

I think every single person who talked or met with me was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I also liked hearing I was doing a good job taking care of Stella! Thank you for your good work.

The service was great as always and Ginger was happy to go in the office, unlike our trips to her vet in town.
