Wonderful place and my dog (who has had multiple surgeries there), is always so happy and excited to go see his friends at Jacksonville Veterinary Hospital. Great and friendly staff, and I can tell they really care about my pup. Thank you!!

Always a great experience. Our dog has separation anxiety and she has never had an issue just running off with anyone from the office and being away from us.

I appreciate the personalized care given my pet and extended to me despite the restrictions covid-19 requires. The parking lot pet transfer is actually easier, though I miss the in- office atmosphere. My dog loves these guys. She gave me the impression she would have preferred to stay with them. She will put up with almost anything for food and doting.

Great experience. The visit relieved all my anxieties concerning Moa’s recent illness. And Moa seems not to have been traumatized by the visit. We were so afraid that he would be. We received the information needed for his future health care. It couldn’t have been better. Thanks.

It seems like there is too much explanation when I call to make an appointment; too much verbage. I don’t need to hear all the Covid protocol before I make an appointment. Then, I have to leave a message to be called back. The procedure needs to be easier for the caller. Thank you.

The people there are absolutely wonderful.

I was nervous about not getting to be in the room with my dog for his 1st vet visit but everyone s friendliness put me at ease. I did feel that the doctor was wanting to get on with his schedule & I was asking too many questions. He was nice but I felt like I needed to let him get back to work. So I left a couple questions unasked. All in all though, excellent service & will be happy to see you all again when the need arises. Thank you!!!

The time Dr. Rogers took with us to explain Timber s issues about how to handle stressful situations was really valuable to me. I appreciate how much she observes and knows my puppies. This really makes me less stressed about putting them into the clinics care. Gina Wheelock

I have all the faith in the world with the staff there taking care of my cat. I trust them completely and definitely recommend them. My Cat is my most important thing to me and I will only entrust her health to a staff that I know is the best and that is the staff at the Jacksonville Veterinary Hospital.??
