Everything was great and the system set up with the Covid 19 situation was good...but when I got there I couldn t get through on the phone easily as planned, and then had to wait with 3 cats in the hot car longer than I would have liked. Other than that, perfect!!

I think you ve done a very good job adapting to a difficult situation. It was obvious that you d thought through all of your procedures. It makes the public feel confident when your business is safe and clean. I appreciated speaking with the Vet after Daisy s appointment. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable,and caring. These are exactly the reasons we have been using the clinic for 30 years. Dr. Rogers took time out of surgery to explain everything that was happening. We were very comforted by that. Thank you so for the good care.

We so appreciated being able to come in the same day we called! Everything was great! We would like to particularly thank two of the techs/assistants (Esther and ?), for seeing that our car battery died when we were getting ready to leave. They came out, lent us jumper cables and helped jump our car! Service that was truly above and beyond! Thank you for everything!!
