I would have liked to have had a copy of my rabbits vital stats. Trying to phone your office was difficult, as the lines are constantly busy., But,overall a good experience as I ve come to know, after over 30 years with Jacksonville Veterinary Hospital.

Honestly, as a healthcare professional who has had to work throughout this whole pandemic. I find it surprising that a veterinary clinic will not allow a new puppy parent to attend a visit with her puppy. Therefore I cannot comment upon the office facilities, their cleanliness, or my experience there. I have been a dog parent in this community for seven years at this office. I understand that is it inconvenient I may be extra work to have to clean the exam rooms however I feel the exposure is low with masks

Waiting in the car in the heat for 25 minutes with my dog wasn’t very pleasant. And you keep asking to call but it takes 10 times before being answered. And I replied to your text that I had arrived but nobody saw it. Perhaps another phone number just for arrivals would be helpful. I know it’s hard on all of us and I love your hospital and everyone who works there.

Our pet needed his meds chilled on one hot day and they were quick getting it all put together for us to take home. Thank You Team!

Very safe protocols during COVID pandemic. They come out to car (masks on), take your pet inside, return pet when complete. Very happy to see them take appropriate precautions during this time. Thank you all!!
