I was very grateful to be seen at such short notice. Dianne was very kind and professional as was Erica. Dr. Michael Dix was really great. He was calm, assured and very warm. He explained my options and his recommendations were outlined clearly and well. He was also liked by the dog I brought in. That is a good sign indeed. I felt much relieved. Thank you all so much.
