We were charged for anal glands-express, last year 2022 we had same procedure and it was included in exam no extra charge. Desk person said you have always charged for that procedure. As we were unaware of that we should receive refund of $ 16.82. Beaubaire 4/26/23

April facilitated my check out. She did a great job answering my questions and scheduling our follow up - all while fielding a constantly ringing phone.
