We have bren using the Jacksonvillec vet clinic for close to 20 years , and have always recieved great service . However , one thing I DO NOT care for at ALL is the inability to speak to anyone when you call . They ALWAYS have you leave a message and call you back , usually the next day . I find this to be both inconvenient and annoying .

I was so happy with my entire visit there. I went into the exam room right away and as the time for my appointment went by by about three minutes, someone came in and explained that the doctor would be in in just a few minutes. She was still with a previous customer. Very conscientious and appreciated. The veterinarian, the office employees, and the assistants were all extremely friendly and listened to all of my concerns. I felt I was given alot of time to go over everything. I felt very happy and comfortable when I walked out with all the information that I obtained. I will be back.
