I was so favorably impressed with Dr Rogers, as well as the entire staff at your practice. I had been unhappy with my previous vet for a long time, & so glad I switched to you guys!

We have been coming here for 33 years. Even with new staff turnover, through the years, the friendly staff & vets & the care our dogs received has been wonderful! We’re so lucky to have Jacksonville Veterinary hospital here in town!

The message when calling in is very confusing. Too many options. I’ve been told to press “1” even though it says for emergencies, etc.

Everyone is always helpful, polite and knowledgeable. I feel the care is prompt and caring Thank you Steve

Our new patient appointment was late in the day; it was quite crowded and the Veterinarian seemed rushed...I felt I didn t get to ask about how the practice runs, prices, etc. but got what we needed at this time...would like more info at next appoiment or by phone. The web site is great however, with info about the vets and services available.

I have been a client of Jacksonville Veterinary Hospital since it first opened for business. I have watch the practice grow and was a little apprehensive when Dr. Frank retired, but his choice of Dr. Rogers and Dr. Dix to carry on the excellent and compassionate care of the Valley’s cherished pets was spot on!! Jacksonville Vet and its entire team continues to provide compassionate and up-to-date care. The may seem to be a “small” hospital, but they offer a wide variety of services and have brought on a new doctor to accommodate their ever-growing practice, I look forward to meeting her. We have a special needs child and JVille Vet exceeds our expectations every time!!

I really appreciated the up front honesty of my treatment plan before all the test were run. Also I added a rabies shot while in the room with Dr. Dix and he was so kind and happy to provide me the extra service as a busy mom that was super helpful to not have to make another appointment.

Nancy at the reception is the reason we brought our fragile sick dog to Jacksonville veterinary. It was scary to know who to trust to help us try and save our dog’s life. We had to get her out of the SO ER do to funds running out and wanting a second opinion. Nancy knew what they could provide and what they couldn’t promise being that it was a holiday. I am forever grateful for her concern and help. The owner is super nice and honest as well.

I completely trust Dr Rogers and her staff with my fur babies. Dr Rogers took amazing care of my boy Nick for 12 years. So grateful for her and her staf!
