The care was great, as usual. In the past, her nails were clipped free of charge, and if I had known that I would be charged, I would not have approved this charge. She goes to the groomer every month and the nails are done then. Keep up the good work, otherwise.

I had an urgent situation with one of my cats. I pressed option “1” on the phone and spoke with someone who listened to my problem and agreed to have someone call me. Not much later, Dr. Rogers called showing great concern for my cats condition and gave me some alternatives for treatment. Once I agreed an injection of antibiotics would be best, she arranged for me to bring my cat in that day. The vet tech who treated my cat was prompt and caring. We were in and out in 15mins! Very impressed with this attention to service.

We ve been clients for 23 years at JVH. I think our pets have always been treated as valued patients. With our pup Nola we do not have a definitive diagnosis but I think this last round of treatment has been effective and we are hoping for the best. The staff is great and very caring.
