Love the staff atmosphere very welcoming and friendly and everyone seems to love their job dr Rogers takes the time you never feel rushed thank you so much

All of our pets receive EXCELLENT care.The doctors and all the staff are always courteous, caring and professional. The only challenge sometimes is getting in for an appointment sooner as opposed to later. No real complaints.

Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. It was great being able to speak to the vet regarding the concerns I had with my puppy, and he took the time to explain everything as well. I was very pleased with all the information I was given and again how friendly the staff was.

It would be helpful to receive a copy of the doctor s summary by email, if possible. I would like to know which 8 teeth were extracted. Doctor Rogers did review this info with me by phone in terms of arcades, but since I will be brushing and caring for Cleo s oral needs - the more info the better. Thank you, Joe

Your office is always amazing and that’s why I drive in from the far side of Medford to see you all. I would mention that your online appt making portal is not working. Your website promotes using it to make an appt but the calendar doesn’t load. I tried mobile and online site through my laptop and it never goes to next screen.

Except for waiting for a year to get into you office which is understandable for a small community like J-Ville, everything was just fine. And it was good that Bob at this appointment was just a get acquainted office visit. He s not real happy to see a doctor. Thank you.
