The workers went above and beyond, and I rarely say this. They made me actually feel like they cared about my cat s well-being. I ve never had a vet be so professional yet so friendly at the same time. Absolutely recommend.

Was able to see my cat on short notice due to an emergency. Doctor was very knowledgeable and friendly. Chelsea was especially helpful with all our questions and handled my pet with care

The doctors and staff were very knowledgeable of my dog s medical history and treated her as if she were their own. They explained the medical problems and the different treatment options available. They were considerate of us, answered our questions, and allowed us time to consider the options. We could not have asked for better care of our dog.

When checking out, I only received a receipt for the purchase of the probiotics I requested. I did not receive a receipt for the actual visit. I didn t realize this until I got home.

Both Ladies I seen during my visit were amazing, 3 counting the awesome chickadee that cashed me out, and, although it was not face to face, the sweet girl that called to check on Miss Jane the day after the appointment. They called her a little fur baby. Best Vet ever.

My two girls Maggie and Lilly, love staying in the lodge for daycare. They are always excited when we pull up to the building. My girls are treated wonderfully by the staff. I never worry when dropping them off. I know my babies are in good hands.

To be perfectly honest we came in for annual shots and left with a $350 bill which was a bit surprising. We received multiple medications, which apparently Coda needed, but we didn t and still have not received a statement to the cost of each medication and/or treatment. We do like the staff and the Drs we have encountered. We were just a bit surprised at the bill though we did talk about each issue Coda had; I just wan t clear that we would be getting meds for everything.

My baby was terrified and had to be muzzled but they knew that it was just fear and didn’t just chop it up to her breed. Made me very comfortable being there and I was able to be helpful with her care instead of pushed aside and it definitely made my girl more comfortable!
