Love this Place. The only thing that I have to say is this, we have 3 cats and 3 dogs. We do the best that we are able as far as taking them to your office it’s just so expensive. It’s well worth it because you do such a great job. It’s just very hard for us to afford it.

We were extremely happy with your place while Possha was board with you this past weekend One of the ladies there sent us a picture of Possha and made us feel to relieved about our puppy. Then Saturday I texted her and she texted me right back reporting how Possha was doing. Love your place Thank you so much !

I’m not sure if there was new staff that didn’t have experience at putting the medicine in my dogs ears but I heard her yelp several times and she was messy when I got her back. I’ve had this done a couple of times with her and her ears have never had waxy mess coming out of them.its very hard to clean off fur

I haven t ever been in that the entire staff wasn t anything but very professional and friendly. I have had to have 2 of my fur babies out down and your staff has been very very patient with me and loving. I wouldn t consider going anywhere else. Thanks a million. CHAUNCEY Morrison.

Everyone was helpful and kind. Both Rhonda and Dr.Thompson seemed to genuinely care about Bella. They did everything they could to help take care of her health problems.

I love Sequoyah and the staff is beyond friendly, but I was a little disappointed with their treatment of my pup this visit. He has no fear of the vet and no aggression, but for his blood draw, because he is so large, two techs restrained him in a corner without even trying to just do it calmly first, and then proceeded to miss his veins several times. This caused him to become scared and aggressive. As a dog who never growls - he was growling and trying to hide under the chairs. If they had just been calm with him and not pinned him down from the get-go with the assumption that he would become scared or aggressive, he would have been fine. When the tech missed on her third try, she went to get the vet, who was able to hit his vein and keep him calm without pinning him down, accomplishing the draw in 10 seconds. I will absolutely be requesting that his shots and bloodwork are done by the vet and not the techs from here on because I fear that the way he was treated could contribute to him developing fear of the vet. The techs are wonderful, sweet girls who loved on him after and definitely felt bad that they weren t able to accomplish the draw, but I was not happy that it resulted in him acting aggressively when he has never done that in the vet before.

Everyone was so nice and the doctor spent quality time with us, really listening to all my concerns.

They are always understanding and personal. This was the 2nd time I had to put my dog to sleep. It s nice to know they are there for me and a hug is always comforting at times like this.

Is it necessary to charge me triple the amount that a pharmacy would for my dog s medications? Also, some animals are more at ease if you don t take them away from their mom / dad . At the salon next door, we don t need a muzzle because I stand there holding my hand between his mouth and the groomer. Even when they hurt him. Then he doesn t come home and urinate on my floor before tearing his favorite toy to pieces. Perhaps a one size fits all approach isn t the way to go.
