Great customer service

While I understand the situation with the Corona virus, I really expected to be able to have a conversation with the vet. I was only able to talk to the techs who only answer, “the doctor didn’t say anything about it.” I was disappointed with the service and with one of my dogs being a performance dog, it is vital the doctor is aware of issues my dog could have. Additionally , I ask about the Kennel cough since I take him all over the area. The tech said not due until December. I got home and had an email he is due in JUNE and I need to make an appointment. This is unacceptable.

Everyone was wonderful from start to finish!! Great experience and I won’t take Hank anywhere else.

This was a terrible time to ask for an evaluation. I could not hear on the phone outside with all the traffic, and I did not get the allergy shot for her. Perhaps they even tried to make me hear, but next time I will bring someone to help me with hearing. And perhaps they could have come outside to talk with me.

Considering how the appointment had to be handled I was very happy with it. The staff was (as usual) very nice and pleasant. I think your staff is doing a excellent job.

You listed Hunters Rest Kirby weight as 34# but she is 25#. I don’t know if you used drugs for a 34# dog but she was really, really groggy for hours after being picked up.

Whoever answers the phone throughout the week is not very friendly and seems to hate people

I called with a situation that couldn’t wait for me to get home to have my dog seen. We had an appointment the next morning and were well taken care of During the covid 19 quarantine without risk. Thank you for wonderful service. If we have another situation while in town will be back.

Had a great experience. Got my cat neutered. And everybody was very friendly and answered all mg questions. And I m so thankful we were able to get him in quickly as we were in a hurry.

Dr.Thompson answered my questions thoroughly. Remi did very well with her procedure with no complications. They’ve called the past two days to check on her which is amazing. Very pleased with our care and have already recommended to others!

Besides blood work and a rabies shot (which were additional costs) I don’t know what the “wellness profile” charge was for. All I observed was that a weight was taken. I would think an annual exam charge should include a more extensive exam.
