I was called about my dog and said they would come get her, but she was already in the building. I wanted to discuss my concerns with the vet, but think i always talked to the tech over the phone. Also had to ask about what medicine to continue when thr dog was brought to the car.

I know it is difficult with the current COVID situation, but I didn t feel like I really got adequate attention from the vet on my second day s visit, actually not talking with a vet at all the second day I was there. I did greatly appreciate being seen with my 2 dogs in an emergent situation without them having been seen before though. It would have been nice to have a moment of face time with the vet though and not just the techs.

While I understand the situation with the Corona virus, I really expected to be able to have a conversation with the vet. I was only able to talk to the techs who only answer, “the doctor didn’t say anything about it.” I was disappointed with the service and with one of my dogs being a performance dog, it is vital the doctor is aware of issues my dog could have. Additionally , I ask about the Kennel cough since I take him all over the area. The tech said not due until December. I got home and had an email he is due in JUNE and I need to make an appointment. This is unacceptable.

This was a terrible time to ask for an evaluation. I could not hear on the phone outside with all the traffic, and I did not get the allergy shot for her. Perhaps they even tried to make me hear, but next time I will bring someone to help me with hearing. And perhaps they could have come outside to talk with me.

You listed Hunters Rest Kirby weight as 34# but she is 25#. I don’t know if you used drugs for a 34# dog but she was really, really groggy for hours after being picked up.
