Pleased with our visit. No problems.

I would not want anyone other than Sequoyah Animal Hospital treating my animals. Nawla, is my Grandson s Lab and she is staying with me. I was so worried about her when she started limping, so I called Cheryl. She was not seeing any animals at the time but she knew How I felt and she took good care of Nawla. I was so relieved when she came in the room.

I was quoted one price and over charged, I have tried to work with the staff to resolve the issue as I needed to be somewhere else since the appointment took almost 2 hours, I did arrive a bit early but it was still a long appointment. I have spoken to 3 people and emailed and still no resolve to my over charge, I have been given many excuses and they admit their fault but haven t made any effort to resolve the issue.

They were great! They were very patient with me and my worries and all my questions. They were very gentle and loving with my dog.

Everyone was super nice, very compassionate and professional. The only thing that I would say that would have improved our visit was if we didn t have to wait in the room for so long. But I felt like everyone truly cared about my fur baby.

Visit for yearly blood draw for heart worm testing - very unhappy with how appointment went. Everyone we came in contact with acted like they didn’t know we had appointment for 7 am that day. My dogs have been coming there for over 6 years - this visit was very upsetting.
