Everyone is very good with our Drago.

Everything went well with Tucker’s recent dental exam that involved two extractions. The call to let me know how he was doing afterwards, the instructions at pickup, and follow-up call the next day were very professional.

We waited 40 minutes for our appointment and was never called in. My husband left because we took off work early to bring our dogs and we’re never seen.

Still waiting to hear if medicine was ordered.

This was our first time to see Dr. Helse. He was very helpful in answering all our questions. He made an extra effort to become Huckleberry’s buddy with some peanut butter! Also very thorough in checking ears and quick work with the injection.

I appreciate everyone kindness and the safety of Lucy My fur baby. Thank the staff and all the people that keep the boarding be a good place for our fur babies to stay. Thank you All......

We LOVE Sequoyah Animal Hospital!! Y’all know my cats & always take time to love on them! That means a lot! Very thankful that they informed me that my dog could get just the Kennel Cough vaccine in order to be boarded and that I could schedule him for the other vaccines after I returned from vacation.

We love Sequoyah Animal Hospital! Would never take our fur babies anywhere else. They treat us like family and we feel the same toward them.

We thought we would have to drop her off since we were a work-in, but she was seen right away. That worked out much better for us & we appreciated it.

Everyone was so wonderful, and helpful! I know Saturdays especially can get hectic, and everyone did such a great job! We greatly appreciated they were able to work our pup in during our cat s appointment for an ear infection that popped up overnight as well. Highly recommended <3

THis survey would not let me change anything. I appreciate the follow up call For standard issues/ visits it would be helpful to wait 48 hrs as typically my pet has only revived one dose of meds etc so not long enough to give good feedback. Obviously if it was serious or surgical 24 hrs is better.

This was our best visit. Office staff was helpful and informative Pedi’s vet spent a great deal of time discussing his Epilepsy, his medications, labs and side effects we need to look out for. I left feeling all my questions had been answered.

All was good and I appreciate them seeing my dog.

All of the staff were wonderful - very courteous and helpful. Lauren explained everything to me about medication before I left, and Dr. Thompson was so helpful in explaining the situation with Sweetness. Yesterday, another staff member assisted me with advice on getting Sweetness to eat - which worked! I sadley cannot recall her name, but she was wonderful as well. Also, when I brought my pet in, there was a gentleman who had 2 dachshunds and he was in financial difficulty & could not pay for much needs meds and medical attention, lost his wife in February. The staff member who listened to him was very kind and knew immediately to go speak with the vet to help him. I knew it was not easy for him to ask for help. We are here to help one another, and that was an act of kindness that I will not forget. Thank you for that - for him and for our innocent animals.

Dr. Thompson and her staff were wonderful and very helpful. Dr. Thompson fit me into her already busy schedule and I really appreciate it.
