I appreciated being asked the priority of my concerns for our senior dog. I also appreciated getting information on what the anticipated charges would be - in order to make decisions. The staff members were very patient and compassionate. It was a great experience!

I felt like there was a lot of wasted time, and I had to speak up after waiting without assistance for an hour. Had I known it would take that long to be seen by the vet, I would have simply rescheduled. Also - Knowing upfront an estimated cost of the visit would have been very helpful, since “billing procedure” was quoted after services were performed and payment needed right then and there. More wasted time with understanding the patient and their medical history, especially after it was provided when booking the appointment, and the actual appointment felt rushed once we were seen.

The visit was okay. A needed prescription was not phoned in even after I contacted your office. There isn t 1 question here that addresses the reason/satisfaction of the visit, which is the pet. Regarding billing...every patient knows there will be a bill to pay..why ask that question?? I feel questions could be better here if yiur goal is improvement.
