I’ve been bringing all my animals here for a long time and spent a fortune on my cat just in the last 2 years. The staff has always been wonderful until this last visit. It seems it’s a lot of new staff that I don’t recognize. In the past when they have to keep my lil guy they call and update of what the deal is. This time I dropped him off at 9 am, didn’t get a call till 430 stating he was ready for pick up. Wait what is the issue? They didn’t feed him at all during this time or give him his first dose of meds?? This has never happened before. They have always been wonderful. We also paid way more for this visit than what we ever have for the same procedures. Not sure if there is a new vet in but I’d like to know where the other vet went to work at along with the other staff that I had been dealing with. I have never even had to leave this type of review ever and always disagreed with people that were negative against coming here. But now I might be rethinking as this last time just kind of left a bad impression. I waited longer than I ever have and could hear them continue to say room 4 is still here and has been here for a while. Still waited forever. I got there at 9 for drop off and it was almost 10 pm when I got out of there. Never ever waited that long for a drop off. I understand it was Monday and a lot of things get crazy on Mondays I do understand that. Then I was worried when we got him home bc we had seen no change in him but it’s because previously we are used to them feeding him and giving him his first dose of meds so there is always improvement but we were told we now have to tell them to do that? Well I mean they had him till 430 pm before they even called us to state he was ready. Then the billing estimate was 398 which didn’t include meds. But we have never pd that amount before so not sure of the price change? The total bill for this visit was 611 we have never pd that for same procedures during same day pick up. Then I called them back today to update on his eating status they advised well tomorrow will be day 3 I had to advise them no tomorrow will be day 4 as he was there Monday morning. Just a lot of things different now verses March when we were last there and I’m not sure it’s for the best.

I love Sequoyah Animal Hospital. They treat my fur baby as their own. I trust them and have used them for years.

We had such a great experience with our cat LILO She is a little stray that made her way into our family but we have loved having her around and so thankful that you guys took amazing care of her.

My dog had an injury and they fit me in without an appointment. Very nice. I also love the waiting room. It is decorated with leather couches that instantly relaxes you and makes you feel comfortable in a nervous situation instead of hard stiff “doctor office” chairs. Staff was all very caring and attentive.

I went in for a lump in my dog’s throat. They didn’t drain it all the way, told me it might come back, and charged me $150+. The took the lump from tennis ball size to golf ball size n told me it might go back to golf ball size. I left filling unfulfilled n ripped off

We have lived in a few different states and seen many vets. Dr. Thompson and staff are by far our favorites. Very professional, take the needed time with us, and they are always so wonderful with our pets. Thank you!

I have really been impressed with your staff and services. My concerns for my newest member of our family have all been taken care of and your staff is so friendly and sweet to my pup. She is a rescue pit mix and they always seem to get a bad reputation. But my girl is the sweetest puppy and your staff treats her so loving and gently. Thank you for giving us a wonderful place to bring our sweet puppy.

Things were a little chaotic, but overall I was pleased with my visit. I feel like there was lag in communication, 2 different girls came in asking for my records, after I left them at the desk.

Wait time to be seen was too long. Staff was friendly Dr was patient with all my questions. I would prefer being told what my dog is being given before it is administered.

Just being able to get our doggies in the facility with a full schedule is amazing. Thanks for working with the customers.

The girl who checked my dogs in for boarding needs to learn to be more friendly and not treat people like they are stupid when they say their dogs have an appointment. She gave me the most awful look and acted like I had no clue what I was talking about.

Diagnosis and treatment were excellent.

As newbies to soddy daisy we did not have a vet for our fur babies. However, when our kitty was throwing up and I became concerned the office staff made an appt for her to be seen immediately. Not only were they willing to fit her in within 30 minutes of my call, their dx was spot on and I was referred to the emergency vet center in broad street. Upon exam, the original dx was confirmed and our fur baby needed emergency surgery. To tell you how appreciative I am doesn t begin to describe it. Their willingness to see her immediately, combined with the correct dx likey saved our kitty s life. So glad we found our new vet for our fur babies. A huge shout out to the staff at sequoia animal hospital. Thank you, west family

My Lilly and I were both very happy with the wonderful wonderful treatment we received at Sequoyah Animal Hospital ?????? thank you so much for wonderful kindness and for fitting us in. So pleased with our experience there!!!!! We look forward to coming back next month.

We have always been treated good when we have been to the Vet!

I like to make a request. Would it be feasible to have a regular chair available for those who have difficulty getting out of the bench type wooden chair. They are to low and too deep for my back to reach. Thanks for you consideration. Otherwise, I am very pleased with the concern and care given to me and my pet.
