Staff from the ER vet came to say Hello to us and see how we were. Dr Kenyon was extremely accommodating and helpful. She went above and beyond to help lower the bill and make sure we got the best available care. The staff has been very helpful and also accommodating and helpful in my dog s healing process and I am grateful and appreciative. I would definitely recommend them over anyone else.

First visit. Overall pleased. No one mentioned when I arrived that I needed to weigh my dog I couldn’t get an accurate weight ( my dog was moving I mentioned that her weight was fluctuating by six or seven pounds desk said the tech will weigh your dog No one did. The front was very busy with phone calls. Would have appreciated more information upon arriving. Veterinarian and tech were very nice. Quick visit Check out was fine. Desk employee was very friendly. I asked if I could have my dogs medical record for traveling. She said that she would email me. Verified email. Haven’t received anything yet in three days Also would have appreciated itemized statement. Desk said the amount today is… Overall fine.
