It would have been good if the staff had demonstrated to us how to apply the ear drops to our cat, especially in light of the fact that the medical team was aware that our cat is extremely resistant to being restrained, and we have no experience administering ear drops to an animal, even a cooperative one.

When I made the appointment, the receptionist was so helpful. She was able to give me a list of services and ballpark prices to help me with my budget. Dr Anderson answered all of my questions about travelling to Lyme country and helped with a prescription flea and tick med. Overall very satisfied.

Even though the exam fee is more expensive than other places, I was really impressed and extraordinarily relieved to have a solution to the problem my dog was experiencing.

I recommend y’all often. Thanks for your caring, loving spirit of service.
