We have been clients of 360 for almost 9 years and it has been so comforting knowing that our dogs would always get the best of care. From the front desk, to the tech s and the doctors, we were always greeted and treated with kindness, friendliness and respect. After losing Lily and Brutus in the last couple of years, we are now bringing Cooper who we rescued from Heart of the Valley. And there is no doubt he will benefit from the special care at 360. I really can t make any comments on anything that needs improvement at 360! Kudos to a great team!

Everyone is always so nice and I truly appreciate how dedicated 360 Pet is to our furry friends. I know my cat may not like it because he s afraid of dogs, but 360 Pet is my favorite vet I ve even been to and I ve owned cats for 24 years.

We came to 360 Pet Medical through a mutual friend, Claire Gower, but there was no reason we had to be treated as well as we were...Excellent care for Pepita. Super-friendly staff, and we already loved Dr. Kenyon before we even met her! And Pepita seems to be happy with the new food, both dry and canned! We couldn t be more pleased with our experience--and hers.

I originally scheduled a wellness/vaccination exam with one of the doctors and put in the notes that he needed a heart worm test as well. When I arrived, it turned out it was reduced to only a tech visit for the heartworm test, however I was not notified of the change from what I had scheduled. I had held off scheduling another appointment for a couple of concerns (one was a persistent limp) because I was expecting to be able to address these at this appointment. I was disappointed to find that I wouldn’t have the opportunity to see a doc, and get these checked. Since then, the limp has become worse and now I have had to schedule a new appointment and take time off work again. Assuming this next appointment doesn’t get unilaterally assigned as a tech appointment as well.

That flap of “stuff” hanging from Rico’s lip turned out to be a slimey glob of mud. I cut it off, and he seems much more comfortable. I thought at first it was part of the tumor. He seems reasonably comfortable now, though he has coughed a little this morning.
