The staff and Dr were super friendly and helpful. It took 5 months to get in to be seen. I wad disappointed in that part but everything else was very good. Would no hesitate to go back if that was needed.

I have never had an issue with the care my pet receives and I highly recommend your office to anyone who asks. My only issue, and honestly, it s only been an issue with this last appointment, is that the waiting room is very loud and echoey and having an already quite nervous dog, this really seemed to impact him. Usually we get right into our room to wait, and again this is the only time we had to wait for a while in the waiting/reception area and never able to get into a private room. It was very busy and very noisy and that definitely caused Sue more stress than he was already under. I also FULLY understand the value and practicality of not having a carpeted reception area (terrible idea at a vet s office) but other sound mitigation (ceiling or window treatments, area rugs in areas pets wouldn t likely walk, large plants, etc.) could go a long way to helping nervous pets remain just a bit calmer when in the reception area. None of this is a criticism, just hopefully a bit of a helpful critique which can help other nervous pets. Thank you for the care you provide!!

Always a good experience at 360 Pet Medical! And I appreciated that we got to see Dr. Kenyon even though our appointment was with a different doctor!

I wish it was more clear, how much different procedures and exams, etc. will cost ahead of time. I also expect that if an appointment is with a veterinarian that cost of talking to the veterinarian during the appointment is not an extra cost, but is just part of the appointment.

Everyone from the front desk to vet techs to Dr. Odenbeck were outstanding. This week was a stressful time but Luca was taken really good of.

Appreciate Dr. Kenyon rapport with dog, her expertise, and communication.

Dr Stafford is an amazing veterinarian. She is very knowledgeable about animals and veterinary medicine, and, she listens. She visits with me about my dog and his issues. I can ask questions, and Dr Stafford will take time to visit with me until I am feeling confident of this issues.

Dr. s and staff are always happy and excited to see me and my pets. Excellent service and the best care in the valley. Dr. Kenyon is my preferred DVM, but I have seen nearly every DVM in this progressive practice they are all fabulous! My two Golden Retrievers get so excited when I pull in to the parking lot.

I’ve been a loyal person to your practice for a couple of years now. My animals have been there more than 20x & received excellent care. HOWEVER, this last dental sent me for a loop. The price with no extractions was astronomical and the eye meds were $50/tube now. I’m never paid prices like this. For the first time, I am entertaining the idea of a diff vet practice. Who can afford these prices! Come on folks, do better. Please!

You guys are wonderful. But just wondering: are there generic drugs for pets? My last visit had more than $180 for drugs. Also, wanted to add I found it difficult to use the Neo-predef powder. First, it was difficult to get Diego in the right position to spray it between his toes. Second, it came out inconsistently, heavy, then nothing. I wasted a lot of it. If there is a different delivery method for this, I would recommend that.
