Dr. Ladd is incredible! We loved working with her and truly felt she was solid in knowing her stuff! Good Doc!!we love your clinic!!!

I saw Dr. Ladd. It was my first time at this practice. Dr. Ladd had an emergency during our visit and had to leave the room. I’m not sure if the ongoing emergency situation affected our visit, but I don’t feel like we were a priority and I felt judged about my dog’s breed and some of the aesthetic choices that go with the breed. She did, however, offer the help of the vet tech to assist me in reposting my pup’s ears. The vet tech was so sweet, and kind, and very helpful. I would hope that the vet who treats my dog would be most concerned about what is best for them and put personal feelings aside, and I don’t feel like that is what I experienced.

It s always satisfying to meet with Dr. Stafford and Freckles loves to see her!

We have recently moved here from another state and feel very fortunate to become patrons of 360 Pet Medical. Our canine companion is nearing “end of life” and we are more than satisfied by ever aspect of the facility, staff, doctors and respectful care received. Whenever we arrive I come in to make sure the lobby is “dog free” for one of my dogs who is dog reactive. The staff is always so helpful and get us right into a room so there is no stress. Absolutely love our vet!

We were very pleased with our experience at 360 and with Dr. Ladd. Dr. Ladd explained things well and didn t push treatments, starting with basic diagnoses. I would definitely use her as our Vet again. As for question 3 above: Our appointment was originally for 4:30 but then we got a call to switch it to 4. I couldn t get there that early but my partner could, and met me there with our cat. I then arranged to leave work early (asking colleagues to cover for me) so I could be there for at least part of the exam... only for us to wait until about 4:30 anyway in the exam room. We understand that things happen and that there are delays... but that was just stressful for me. Would your vet techs be interested in creating short you-tube videos for us clients?! We had to administer a saline drip to our cat at home and getting a quick tutorial in the exam room didn t leave me feeling qualified. We found youtube videos... but they used slightly different equipment so it wasn t very helpful. We ended up calling PETS and the tech there nicely talked us through our problem. (The saline wasn t flowing because we didn t realize we had to move the green plastic clip. This was either omitted in my brief tutorial at 360, or it was said quickly and I missed it.) Anyway, making short videos would promote your clinic as well!
