I only received one of my two dogs medical charts following the appointment - so I don t know how my older dog tested on the heartworm Snap. I also thought I was going to receive instructions on what amount of Prilosec to give him for a 10 day trial to see if it helps with his drooling fits he sometimes get. I was also supposed to give my younger dog Benedryl following a lump cyctology so if it was a mast cell it didn t aggravate others, but I couldn t remember the exact amount - again it was something I thought would be sent via email so I just guessed the amount to give her. I was also under the impression I d be emailed several quotes - one for a mass removal and another for a dental extraction. I understand the dental one is a little harder and probably has to be done by your dental specialists but would be helpful to have an idea so I can start budgeting. I could ve misunderstood what information would be emailed to me, so I apologize if this comes off as high maintenance. Overall I had a fairly good experience and plan on coming back, just a little more information would be helpful.

Dr. Ladd is incredible! We loved working with her and truly felt she was solid in knowing her stuff! Good Doc!!we love your clinic!!!

I saw Dr. Ladd. It was my first time at this practice. Dr. Ladd had an emergency during our visit and had to leave the room. I’m not sure if the ongoing emergency situation affected our visit, but I don’t feel like we were a priority and I felt judged about my dog’s breed and some of the aesthetic choices that go with the breed. She did, however, offer the help of the vet tech to assist me in reposting my pup’s ears. The vet tech was so sweet, and kind, and very helpful. I would hope that the vet who treats my dog would be most concerned about what is best for them and put personal feelings aside, and I don’t feel like that is what I experienced.

It s always satisfying to meet with Dr. Stafford and Freckles loves to see her!

We have recently moved here from another state and feel very fortunate to become patrons of 360 Pet Medical. Our canine companion is nearing “end of life” and we are more than satisfied by ever aspect of the facility, staff, doctors and respectful care received. excellent first meeting very happy Dr caught my puppys bite problem and took action immediately. I have appoint with dentist next week. I have referred a friend who has made an appointment for next week.

Whenever we arrive I come in to make sure the lobby is “dog free” for one of my dogs who is dog reactive. The staff is always so helpful and get us right into a room so there is no stress. Absolutely love our vet!
