Due to a mix up on my part, I arrived for the appointment on the wrong day. The receptionist was helpful, and talked with Dr. McDonald about seeing my dog, Colter, who had an ear infection. Dr. McDonald saw Colter between appointments. I really appreciate the helpfulness of all the staff, thank you!

Your survey would t let me select a Value . My suggestions are Get rid of the choke leashes, which can cause trauma, which it did to Athena. Use leashes that will clip to dogs collar. And a friend suggestion would be to change your voice mail message to reflect all lines busy, or something, instead of mailbox full. Thanks.

Thank you for supporting raw diets. That is why I switched my pets to you guys. Our previous vet politely said she would not discuss raw food. Now for the one negative. I read on your Facebook page you won t approve prescriptions for medications through Chewy or PetMeds. If I choose to order my prescriptions through them, that is my choice and I expect you to work with me on that, please. Maybe just encourage customers to order through you as it helps your local business. But respect our option to go through Chewy or PetMeds. -Lindsay Stordahl + Scout & Remy

I just want to say I really really appreciated how kind and sweet everyone who answered the phone at 360 was! It was wonderful to be treated so nicely and Dr. Kenyon was very thorough and had my dog Arrow’s best interest in mind and was really excited to help him get on the right track to feeling better! I love you guys and I’ll definitely be continuing to take arrow to 360 for anything he needs! :)

D.Dawn and every one are fantastic with the girls. Dawn has taken care of all four of my babies since 1998. When I lost my first two on the same day , she and the staff were so caring. I only received one of my two dogs medical charts following the appointment - so I don t know how my older dog tested on the heartworm Snap. I also thought I was going to receive instructions on what amount of Prilosec to give him for a 10 day trial to see if it helps with his drooling fits he sometimes get. I was also supposed to give my younger dog Benedryl following a lump cyctology so if it was a mast cell it didn t aggravate others, but I couldn t remember the exact amount - again it was something I thought would be sent via email so I just guessed the amount to give her. I was also under the impression I d be emailed several quotes - one for a mass removal and another for a dental extraction. I understand the dental one is a little harder and probably has to be done by your dental specialists but would be helpful to have an idea so I can start budgeting. I could ve misunderstood what information would be emailed to me, so I apologize if this comes off as high maintenance. Overall I had a fairly good experience and plan on coming back, just a little more information would be helpful.
