The staff was very kind and helpful. I did wait almost 20 minutes past my appointment time back in a patient room until the tech came in. She did not acknowledge that she was behind schedule.

Karactacus is a brand new patient, who was seen and taken care of with the kindness and professionalism as a long time patient. Everyone at 360* was very polite, caring, and professional. While I totally understand the paying in full at the time of services received. I have to wonder if a furbaby would simply be left sick, or even worse, to die, if a bill could not be pd in full at the time of servicesrendered. Unexpected furbaby expenses can come up just like for a human. Just a thought.

Thank you for being so sweet to my anxious Bruno. The doctor and staff went out of their way to help him feel as comfortable as possible. I also really appreciated that Dr. Temple was proactive about making a suggestion for Bruno s upset stomach. I m following her instructions and I think it may be working - I ll let you know when the two weeks is over. I hear a lot about how being a vet is really stressful. I appreciate all 360 does and hope that you re all taking care of yourselves!

360 Pet Medical is the best.

While I absolutely love the vets at 360, I am unfortunately considering changing to another practice because the cost of care is more than we can afford. It seems like we never get out without extra “necessary” tests and a $500-plus invoice. With multiple pets, it is just becoming too much.

We have been clients of 360 for almost 8 years. The care and compassion given to our dogs, Lily & Brutus, has been and still is exceptional. Thank you!
