Every time I come in, I feel so welcomed. One of my cats suffers from Cerebellar Hypoplasia, and he is always treated so carefully and kindly by the doctors. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and are always able to answer any questions I have. They walk me through step by step while checking my cats, and explain everything to make sure I clearly understand it. I always know my little ones are in great hands when we come here. 10/10 experience every time.

I was pretty suprised on the cost of a cat haircut while the cat was sedated, and then even more suprised by the quality of the haircut. At just over $100 I would expext the haircut to not look so choppy or look as though it was done when the cat wasn t sedated.

Dr. Kenyon and all the staff made Briar s first visit a pleasure. I also loved the pictures of the happy, old dogs who participated in water therapy.

I appreciated the follow-up call the next day and the opportunity to ask a few more questions.

The absolute best veterinary clinic I’ve ever had. All of the doctors and staff are amazing. I would trust any one of them with my pets.

We saw Dr. Frank and were not satisfied with the visit. We waited for 20 minutes before being seen and then she seemed like she didn t have the time to see our dog and address our concerns. She and her assistant were very rushed and not thorough. We still have not seen a recap from our visit with what we discussed and it has been over a week. I m sure this is on Dr. Frank and not 360 Pet Medical but we will not recommend her to any pet owner and wasted our time and money on this appointment.
