Great service and great care for my baby boy, Rocky ??

Brought our long-haired cat, Max, in for a desperately needed grooming. Had a nice talk with Irene at pick-up. When I picked him up, had another nice talk with Irene. She did a great job. Got out all the snags and thinned out the undercoat. First spa day for Max. I expect we’ll be bring him back. Answer to Question 1 reflects Covid-limitations.

I miss talking to the doctor. Everything is conveyed through someone else.

It seems to me that AAAPC is not the special place it once was.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. They are all just awesome.

Our visit was great like always! Even how things are a bit different now, we still received the same great service like always! The staff was happy and answered whatever questions we had! Very thankful for all they do!

Due to Covid19, we did have to wait for grooming appts but were called once availability opened up. We have good communication with vet and techs here. We did not go into facility because of Covid restrictions but in the past has always been clean and odor free.

This is actually his daughter Tammy. I am VERY happy with the care of dad’s dogs Baby and Bella, the way the staff works with both of us and the time that is taken to make sure it is a great experience for everyone! Thank you for everything and a big thanks to Tammy for her warmth and friendliness. She is a rare treasure representing the clinic in the front office. She is always a pleasure!

My dog had a big bump on her leg but overall good service

I am so thankful All About Animals helped my dog in an emergency situation. Their customer service went above and beyond and I am happy to say I will be a future client.

I didn t see the office because of social distancing, but it was evident the level if care they were taking. Thank you!

While the valet service for appts is an unfortunate side effect of COVID, have to say the ease of the appt, not having to wrangle Mr. Lemme sniff everything&everyone in the waiting area, and the speed of service made me wonder if this isn t a model that could work long term?Have to believe it s great for staff too - other than the poor tech who has to fetch pets and return them-- because it saves a ton of time dealing with the owners! I was able to catch up on emails while I waited in a quiet car...win /win! However it works out long term, always appreciate the upbeat attitude of everyone there.

Everyone they are was great. I knew I was on a budget and they kept under it. My dog Bo. He seemed to enjoy himself. I enjoyed talking to them, that staff I mean and the doctor to talk to me on the phone to let me know how Bowas doing. Thanks for everything

I only put 2 stars on billing because in the specials, it states that newly adopted dogs (within 30 days), have a free comprehensive exam. I called and asked about this prior to the appointment, and was told the specials are automatically applied. It had only been a little over a week since we got her, and I was charged for her exam, but didn’t realize it until I got back home and looked at the itemized bill. That was pretty upsetting. Otherwise, great experience.

Dr Koss was very informative and made sure I understood the upcoming procedure fully. All quest were answered. Very much appreciated this appt and the information given.

So thankful for Dr. Koss and this wonderful team who take such great care of Archie!! We love you!
