We recently moved from WI and our dog.Tucker is 12 going to be 13 this month. He has been to one groomer his entire life and has been seen by 2 vet clinics. From the time I booked the appointment the staff was friendly, very helpful and informative with everything ! The day he was groomed, the groomer made me feel as though she would take care of him knowing his situation and I felt very comfortable leaving him. When I returned to pick him up, I was pleased with his groom. He looked so handsome ! He was nervous in the office when I was paying and had an accident (something he has never done before ) and I again want to apologize. I was assured it happens but I still felt bad. Tucker will be back for shots and a bath in about 8 weeks!

It would be great if you were open until noon on Saturdays.

Dr. Koss YOU ROCK! It is so refreshing to have a vet that will sit down and spend extra time answering questions about your pets, especially when these pets are ill or elderly or both. I can t tell you how comforting it is to just have someone to sit down and explain all options, be honest about hopefully the best outcome for your 4 legged friends (they are family members too)! I won t go anywhere else after the wonderful and caring compassionate staff have treated us with the most care and friendships that develope with all of your staff. We love the job that Irene (right?) does grooming our doggies! She is so sweet, and I really feel like she takes care of them.

Love bringing Sochi to be groomed by Irene. We can tell it is more than just a job, that she puts her heart into it.

Very expensive to get nails trimmed. Maybe do a 10 for one or something. especially when you have more than one pet.

All about animals is the premier place for care for your pet. They are knowledgeable, genuinely caring and the staff is super friendly. I don t know why anyone would take their four legged family members any where else. Love All about Animals. Truly 5 star.

I had two dogs who liked to pull and a new born with me. The staff was so helpful juggling them all and getting their wellness exams done in one shot. I hate being that customer that is extra needy, but the staff made me feel at ease. I was also very happy with how everyone took their time with my slightly skittish dogs, and I felt confident they were getting the best care. As a separate note unrelated to their care. Please send my compliments to whoever does the gardening. The flower beds always look beautiful. I m doubly impressed since I know there are constantly dogs traipsing through them!

Everyone in the office is always so friendly and helpful. During this particular appointment we had contact with front desk/scheduling, vet tech and also Irene for grooming. No complaints. We always feel welcomed and feel that our pets are well taken care of. Communication is great and time is taken to explain issues & answer our questions. Thanks for providing such a great service for our fur-babies!!!

My last visit on which this survey is based was for a dental procedure. Those are hard to come by in a timelier manner because this has been a one vet practice. But I am happy to accept this as a trade-off to the excellent vet care provided.
