Dr Potter was wonderful. She was authentic and kind. I can tell that she values her patients and each animal that she sees by the time that she spent answering my questions.

I was called every step of the way while Remmy was being examined and everything was explained very thoroughly. The procedures that need to be done in the future were discussed in detail so I know exactly what needs to be done.

I was nervous because I was allowed in with Jasper. I know he is a hard customer. I put a muzzle on him, but not very well. I appreciate that they fitted the muzzle while he was in the office. See you in 3 years.

Not sure if I should darke the stars or what. I am so thankful that I found Morena Pet Care. My Stanley is the coolest cat ever, and treated him like a King, even when his manhood was being clipped for his own well being. I will continue to bring all my pets here. Peanut and Tarby are next. Always professional and thorough. Dr. Steib and all vets, techs and staff are attentive, compassionate and animal friendly. I never feel like I am being rushed through our visit. All options are discussed and Dr. Steib takes in all information. I appreciate all of the staff. This is the first annual exam for Heidi during the Covid pandemic and it was new, but effective. Dr. Steib spoke with me on the phone while I waited in my car outside and , it was effective. I filled out my drop off form prior to the visit with all my concerns. They were addressed on the phone and next steps were taken. Thanks for taking care if my girls.

My bill was for $551.77 but I was charged $5551.77. And honestly mistake.Staff called Me to let me know of mistake The is due was resolved however,this incident caused an enormous problem for me with my husband.

GREATLY appreciated Lily being worked in as an emergency after falling off the bed and being visibly in distress. ??

The staff was nice and polite they explain everything to me in a professional way and did a follow up phone call the next day to check on the cat which was Awesome it showed me that they appreciate my business and most of all that they care deeply for animals. The wait time sucks but it’s understanding with the social distance thing and then checking people in and out so they had to walk back and forth. I will for sure be referring people I know to then if they need their taken care of. Thanks everyone u guys rock.
