Wasn t in office to make that evaluation, on #6. The office staff is very helpful and accommodating and appreciate the help they provide, and when changes have to be made, etc. I enjoy working with this office.

After calling the office, a staff member arrived to my car quickly for drop off of pet. Said they would email receipt but I have not yet received it. The vets clearly explained the pets test results & complicated disease state. They took their time & made sure I understood. The vets & staff were empathetic & compassionate. It s reassuring that they provide the medical knowledge as well as the caring aspect. Thank you Drs. Potter, Steib. Special thanks to Shahla & Jessica for coming to speak w/me personally about the pets issues.

Due to COVID public were not allowed inside, so I cannot comment on that, however the previous visit the place is always clean. I think the procedure they implemented not to have any pet owners inside is great. I will give them 5 ??

Yes I am basically a new patient with my little Yorky Abby, but Morena Pet Hospital has really helped my little dog along her problems, so far everything they’ve done has helped her tremendously, they are so friendly

Appreciate care of Bandit and explanation of care needs vs her age. Was a bit blown away by cost of blood pressure procedure, however. She is eating the prescribed canned food, new to her...and hopefully will start gaining back weight.

I have two dogs that are regular “patients “ at MPH. However I have a new addition that needed to be seen for the first time. I was a bit concerned on how to provide all info I knew as Chester has an extensive history in such a short time. I got Priscilla and she was short with me and I felt like she didn’t care. I realize phones can get busy and I tried to summarize his history and not go into length. I received a lot of “uh humm” from her. Sure, she may have been busy but I got off the phone feeling like she didn’t give a crap about my Chester. On the actual vet appointment, Dr Porter was pleasant as always and was wonderful answering all my questions.

Dr. Potter was the saving grace for the first visit. I enjoyed her phone call, found it to be informative, educational and friendly in nature. We had 3 vet visits over the course of 3 days for a total of 5 pets. The staff collecting the pets from the parking lot seemed uninformed and borderline hostile. My experience is based on the Monday appointment as I did not attend Tuesday and Wednesday appointments. Dr. Steib is our vet. While Dr. Potter was lovely, when I book over 1 month in advance, I expect to see my vet of choice.
