Displeased with being sold a cone for my dog that is a inferior product. It is poor quality and didn t stop him from being able ti reach the incision. Inquired if your practice would replace it with a quality cone free of charge and was told no. After spending $300 I expected that was reasonable. The poor quality product could have lead complications with the incision.

I have had my first pet for 8 months and have been with Morena from the beginning. I really trust their opinion and feel the staff cares for my dog and myself. I like that they break down the cost and medical needs of my dog especially because sometimes we are on a budget but want our pets to get the best care. Thank you guys for being wonderful

It was great to get in so quickly to have my little girl to be seen. The fees were not outrageous as I’ve seen at others. Everyone was great and took great care of my pet. They made her feel very comfortable.

These are the most caring people we have ever met. Our dog is welcomed and looked after with top professionalism. They really care!

I have been going to Morena Pet Hospital for many years for my three dogs. They are amazing! They know two of my dogs are crazy freaked out about being at the vet, so they put us in a private room almost immediately. They are SO patient with my dogs and my many questions as my dogs get older. Dr Steib (spelling?) is soooo thorough is her responses and answers. She makes having your sick, beloved pet at the vet a bit easier to deal with. I will always recommend this office for your pets care, as I believe they are the best in San Diego. And. PS, there has been, at least, three occasions that I can recall when they have credited my account because, without me even questioning a bill, they’ve called me to let me know they accidentally overcharged me for a service and that I have a credit on my account for future use. I mean... What more could you ask for??? Most recently, my ol man Bruce was seen for his annual, and they found some innormalities in his blood work. Instead of pushing for expensive tests, Dr. Steib called and literally said to save my money, don’t do the tests, and spend that money on trying a new diet for Bruce that may fix his kidney problem. Amazing, right?! Five stars, all day, every day!
