I was so appreciative that they were able to give Aiden his shot while I had him in the carrier, even tho I didn’t have an appointment. It was nice they could be flexible and even called another vet office to make sure his FELV results were negative. But this survey won’t let me choose a star ?? on most of the questions.

I love how everyone in the office welcomes and cheers my two wiener dogs like a big homecoming every time they come in for a visit.

My pet was seen for just a simple shot and it took like 25min for the whole appointment. I was there before other people and they were taken right away and we had to wait a while. Making an appointment was difficult as well. I wanted to make one online but the program wasn t working and so I called to make the appointment. The front desk ladies were nice enough. Not that friendly but not mean. I was left feeling like I wanted to take my pet somewhere else.

I really appreciate that the doctor and staff seem to understand that I have to make some decisions based on cost. As a senior on a very tight fixed income, it is sometimes embarrassing to talk about it. And I also appreciate that the facility is not using money to make the place look like a spa. Everyone is so nice and I have sent 3 new clients so far and will continue.

Everyone I interacted with was very engaging and I explained everything very well. I also think the follow-up phone call after my cats vaccine was very reassuring. I felt that you all took the time to care for my pets as though they were your own. Thank you!

I was very pleased with the appointment service, checking-in the day of my appointment, and during pick up. I took my dog in for a complicated neutering procedure. I received a call before the procedure began and after the surgery had been completed. I truly appreciated the updates throughout the process. The next day a staff member also called to check in on my dogs recovery. So pleased I will be changing my regular vet to Morena Pet Hospital!
