41 I love this Vet! They are always so accomodating and kind! They care about my pet and take steps to ensure they are not scared or frightened. They are quick and efficient and leave me feeling like this is the BEST PLACE Ever.. They are animal fantastic

Initial appointment was for a Friday but I was immediately contacted when an appointment opened up for Monday, relieving stress of waiting until the end of the week.

I can only speak a little English, so I asked Moana (who speaks Japanese) to be my assistant. The staff at the reception desk readily agreed, and Moana took charge this time. My dog had a broken tooth in her gum and her gum was swollen, but the day after I visited her, they immediately set up a surgery date and the surgery was completed without any problems. I felt that Dr. Kingery was really kind and a great doctor. Before and after the surgery, Moana explained everything the doctor said in Japanese, and I was able to understand her very well. I would highly recommend this hospital to any Japanese owners like me who cannot speak English very well. Thank you very much and I look forward to working with you in the future.
